The best Brie I've ever come across, perfectly ripe and oozy, perfect on my toasted crumpet with a drizzle of habanero infused honey. (Try it, you won't be disappointed!) Also really nice in a baked sweet potato or just as it is.

Creamy, smooth and delicious with a cheeky tang of blueness. I've had it on toast, on pizza, stirred through pasta and just on its own, I'm hooked!
