Order received this afternoon, perfectly packed. Just finished, more quality of the cheese than my culinary skills, a delicious warm French Goats Cheese salad. Tomorrow evening might be a bit too soon for second helpings, will freeze the remaining cheese for another day.

Creamy mild goats cheese which I’ll be ordering again. As with the rest of my order, really well packaged. Even with a 48 hr Royal Mail journey, hardly surprising, to the North East of Scotland, arrived in perfect condition.

As good as we remember, deliciously creamy, melts like a dream.

Put hard for a family celebration
Firstly the customer service was superb. I was contacted as Mousetrap Cheese could not source one of the cheeses I selected. We very quickly agreed on an alternative.
The cheeses came beautifully and securely packed.
The cheeses went down a storm.

My son and his girlfriend found this cheese at a specialist cheese counter. I ordered more online from you because it was so tasty, versatile and had a good layering of flavours and great texture as it is, or for cooking, grating, etc. We will be back for more. A very efficient service (order via website). The British Cheese Selection hamper was a 90th birthday gift for a dear friend. He was thrilled. It arrived on his day, exactly as requested.
I had asked for a substitute for the blue cheese, which was no trouble. He tells me, that he still loves, and can eat, blue cheese - so I will probably be making another purchase!

I love this cheese so much its almost a shame to share space in your mouth with bread, crackers, chutney or fruit. I nibble away at it on every visit to the fridge.
