Buckwheat Crackers, Le Pain des Fleurs
Buckwheat crackers are naturally gluten free and vegan so great for coeliac and dairy allergy sufferers. These organic crackers are a very neutral option and as they're quite firm they'll take all sorts of fairly liquidy toppings, lovely flavoursome cheese or dips. Buckwheat is low FODMAP too, so great if you suffer from IBS. Â Some Paleo guides say buckwheat is ok as it's a pseudo-grain, but unless you're into reintroduction on AIP and know it's ok, I would be cautious.
