Cow's milk Cheese
Cow's milk has long been used for cheese making and most of the British classics are made from the cow. Definitely cheaper than ewe and goat (purely due to the economy of scale - have you see the size of a full cow udder!!), cow's milk gives a great balance of fats and protein allowing a huge variety of lovely cheese to be made. There is a great misnomer that cows milk cheese is bad for your cholesterol levels, you'll be glad to hear that various recent studies have found that it makes no difference to your bad cholesterol at all, only raising the good!
