The Mousetrap Cheese Shop in Hereford has been selling fine cheese since 1990. Situated along the picturesque Church Lane, a wonderful secret world of Herefords independent shops, leading from the City Centre to the Cathedral, the Mousetrap Cheese shop in Hereford is a wonderful venue to pick up some of the finest cheeses from all over the world, just ask Claire, Laura, Rosie or Nicolle for their help.

We have a cheese of the week out to sample in each shop and you're always welcome to have a taste of anything to see if you like it before you buy.

We'd be delighted if you would like to visit us in Hereford, if you're coming on a special visit and would like to be able to have a particular cheese, please give us a ring at the number below and we can check that we've got it in stock although we do have a large selection in at all times.

If you're planning a wedding or a party and would like a large cheese selection, we'd appreciate at least a couple of weeks notice so we can make sure we can get your cheese and mature it to perfection for your special day. We love to do tasting sessions with Brides and Grooms but we find that it works best for everyone if we make an appointment for it so we can ensure there are enough staff to spend time with the happy couple as well as serve our lovely customers! Don't worry if you can't book, the best thing to do in that case is come first thing when it's a bit quieter!
