Katie Wedding Cheese Cake, 4.7kg small cheese tower.

Feeding 45 to 90, the Katie party cheese is a great stack for a small gathering, coming in at 4.7kg and 36cm high to the top of the heart, it would feed up to 45 for an evening do or up to 90 for after dinner cheese if your just wanted a small nibble or had other food too.  All cheese other than the camembert are vegetarian so it's easy to make fully veg, just check out below for instructions.  You can also add in a 1kg Wensleydale and cranberry or go for twice the base cheeses if you want a bit more to go round, see last pic - do ignore the wrappers, but it'll give you an idea of sizes..

Half Worcester Hop:  tangy, tasty and rolled in toasted hops, this is our best selling cheese and great for a range of tastes., pasteurised, cow's milk, vegetarian, 1kg  18.5cm x 6.5cm. 1kg

If you go for double the base cheeses we will put a 2kg Worcester hop on the bottom, this is 21.5 x 5cm. then two of the Whittington Oak semi circles the size above. 

Half Baby Stilton O:  From the Colston Bassett Dairy, this is a beautiful Stilton, creamy, full of flavour, really lovely. Pasteurised, cow's milk, vegetarian, 1kg 17cm x 8cm.

Cornish Yarg: A lovely gentle hard cheese. Mild yet full of flavour, it's a great looker, covered by nettles.  It gives this stack great height. Cow's milk, pasteurised, vegetarian. 13cm x 9cm. 1kg.

Camembert: The classic French cheese, giving another soft cheese option to this selection 11cm x 4cm, cow's milk, pasteurised, normal rennet. (If you need this to be vegetarian please let us know in the gift message in the checkout and we can slot in another soft cheese here - it will look much the same).

Finn: A mature, double cream cheese made up the road at Neal's Yard Creamery, Dorstone. It has a firm texture with a fresh creamy acidity. Weighing about 200g, they are 9cm wide by 4cm.  Pasteurised, cow's
milk,vegetarian 9cm x 4cm. 200g.

Godminster Organic cheddar cheese is a gorgeous soft creamy cheddar.  This British organic cheddar is wonderfully rich and tasty but without any sharpness, a real crowd pleaser. Encased in lovely burgundy wax.  Made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet. 200g heart 9cm high.

For a gathering we recommend 50 - 100g per person, depending if the cheese is to be eaten straight after the meal or later in the evening and with other food or by itself.  (So the lower amount it shows as feeding is based on 50g and the higher is 100g) We can very happily advise over email so drop us a line on info@mousetrapcheese.co.uk for ideas for a bespoke cheese board for your wedding or event.
