Full flavoured, soft and lovely
Oxford Blue is a soft and creamy, full-flavoured blue. Made with pasteurised cow's milk, it's a fantastic British cheese with a wonderful depth of flavour, balanced by it's incredible creamyness.
This cheese was inspired by St Agur, Dolcelatte, Gorgonzola and other soft European cheeses. Created by Baron Pouget in conjuction with the Hartington Creamery. Made first in Derbyshire and recently in Carmarthenshire, being matured in a facility just outside Oxford. It is soon to be manufactured in Oxfordshire.
