With a lovely tasty deep flavour and a salty bite,  it stays on the firmer side of a brie type cheese but it's still really creamy to eat. Other Monk is so called because it was the 'other' cheese the Monkland Dairy were developing at the same time as their Blue Monk, this is made down the road from the lovely Herefordshire town of Leominster.
