  • DESCRIPTION
    A wonderful , mild cream washed curd cheese that matures with a rich buttery flavour.  It is made in Berkshire by Anne and Andy Wigmore from the milk of Guernsey cows grazing on a nearby farm.  This cheese is a favourite on wedding stacks as its size is great for having nearish to the top so you don't have the squashing problems of a larger brie style cheese.  Matured for 4 to 10 weeks, this is made from unpasteurised milk.
