DESCRIPTIONWaterloo cheese is a wonderful , mild, washed curd cheese that matures with a rich buttery brie flavour. Waterloo cheese is a British Brie type cheese made in Berkshire by Anne and Andy Wigmore from the raw milk of Guernsey cows grazing on a nearby farm. This cheese is a favourite on wedding stacks as its size is great for having nearish to the top so you don't have the squashing problems of a larger brie style cheese further down the stack. Matured for 4 to 10 weeks, waterloo is made from unpasteurised milk.
