A creamy white and buttery brie originally made by Thelma Adams at their Cenarth dairy. Now made by Thelma and Gwynfor's son, Carwyn, this cheese just gets better and better. It's possibly my favourite brie and is such a good all-rounder. It is not as pungent as Brie de Meaux, but with more flavour than the Somerset brie. It really is delicious and really great for a gathering as it suits many tastes!
If you'd like to order Cenarth Brie in a whole, please give us as much notice as possible (you can select a delivery date at the check out) as often we mature them up to perfect ripeness for a month or more.
