Excellent cheese from The Mousetrap Cheese Shop, great flavour and not dry

Full of fruit and very nice. Not spicy either unlike some chutneys

All the cheese off Mousetrapcheese are tasty, but Poachers Cheese is NEXT LEVEL. We've never had a cheese like that before! The richness and creaminess of the the cheese just melts in your mouth.

All cheeses arrived in peak condition, well-wrapped and labelled in their temperature-controlled bag. Good selection, full of flavour. I'm still enjoying them. Beenleigh Blue a highlight, also the cheddar
