Mr Filberts Olive snack is a great free from snack with a spicy kick! These crisp allergen free Greek Halkidiki Olives are not in oil, have no stones and the bag can be sealed shut again so the little dribble of moisture you might find won't spill out in your handbag/manbag!?! Olives are a great source of vitamin E and polyphenols, suitable for vegans although a bit high in salt, so moderation, as always, is best. This little packet is a perfect amount for four sittings! These allergen free olives are fresh and moist with a black pepper and chilli marinade giving a lovely zing. Chilli's are not included in the AIP diet unless you've reintroduced, so you could always have the lovely lemon and oregano version if you're restricted.
