Westcome Cheddar, 7.5kg
Westcombe is a wonderful Farmhouse Cheddar, plenty of lovely flavour but not too sharp so it will suit a variety of tastes. This is a quarter round at 7.5kg. Unpasteurised, cow's milk
Stilton, Colston Bassett, 3.5kg
This is a 10 cm high Stilton slice, weighing in at 3.5kg. Colston bassett is the best Stilton for me and it's a great price. Pasteurised, cow's milk, vegetarian.
Delice de Cremier 1kg
A 1kg Delice is a beautiful cheese. Rich and creamy, it's full of luxury. Pasteurised Cow's milk
Perl Wen 200g
Perl Wen is a lovely Welsh Brie. Gentle but with a lovely freshness, you could always order another whole one to be serves on the side. A large is 1.2kg. Pasteurised, vegetarian, organic, cow's milk
Dorstone
Dorstone Goat's milk cheese is a fantastic local ashed goat's cheese. Again a few of these extra are often ordered if you want to let more of your guests have a try. Pasteurised, Goat's milk, traditional rennet
For a gathering we recommend 50 - 100g per person, depending if the cheese is to be eaten straight after the meal or later in the evening and with other food or by itself. (So the lower amount it shows as feeding is based on 50g and the higher is 100g) We can very happily advise over email so drop us a line on info@mousetrapcheese.co.uk for ideas for a bespoke cheese board for your wedding or event.
