Jasmine Cheese wedding cake is a great cheese tower to feed a large gathering. A 16.4kg cheese tower, it's a bit more hard cheese heavy than some of the other selections, so great if you're not sure how many blue and soft cheese lovers you're catering for. Feeding 160 - 300, that's a great way to feed a big gathering.
Westcome Cheddar, 7.5kg
Westcombe is a wonderful Farmhouse Cheddar, plenty of lovely flavour but not too sharp so it will suit a variety of tastes. This is a quarter round at 7.5kg. Unpasteurised, cow's milk
Lancashire 4.4kg
Kirkhams tasty lancashire cheese is moist, crumbly and rich with a savoury tang. A traditionally made British cheese, cloth bound, buttered and full of flavour. Pasteurised, cow's milk
Stilton, Colston Bassett, 3.5kg
This is a 10 cm high Stilton slice, weighing in at 3.5kg. Colston bassett is the best Stilton for me and it's a great price. Pasteurised, cow's milk, vegetarian.
Delice de Cremier 1kg
A 1kg Delice is a beautiful cheese. Rich and creamy, it's full of luxury. Pasteurised Cow's milk
You will obviously have less soft cheese than hard on this cheese wedding cake, but if you're catering for a lot, perhaps order another lovely brie to serve on the side.
For a gathering we recommend 50 - 100g per person, depending if the cheese is to be eaten straight after the meal or later in the evening and with other food or by itself.
