The Jessica Wedding cheese cake is a lovely small cheese tower giving a great selection of really traditional cheeses. Weighing 4.45kg, it would feed 45 - 90, but you could certainly use it for a smaller gathering if you don''t mind having a few leftovers for lunch!
As the soft cheese is on the bottom of this stack, you will need to add dowelling to go through the brie to hold up the rest of the cheeses. You can use something like wooden kebab sticks. Pop 8 round in a circle through the brie chopped off so they're the same height as the brie, and rest the cheddar on top.

Baby Perl Wen 200g
This baby Perl Wen is a gorgeous little cheese, mild and fresh, it's a really lovely Welsh Brie which is organic as well as vegetarian.
For a gathering we recommend 50 - 100g per person, depending if the cheese is to be eaten straight after the meal or later in the evening and with other food or by itself.
