A wonderful wedding cheese cake feeding up to 50 for evening or lunch, or up to 90 for after dinner cheese in it's smallest option. Standing lovely and high at over 36cm, it's a great selection. If you like the look of the Teya but need more cheese, you can have double the height of Wensleydale and Cranberry and double up the base too, making Teya 7.7kg so suitable for 80 - 160. The additional Wensleydale and Cranberry adds another 1kg and 4cm in height., The extra base puts another layer on the bottom of another 1kg of Worcester Hop, then adding another 1kg of Whittington Oak or Whittington Red on the next layer up.(Please let us know in the message to the cheese shop section in the checkout if you would like Whittington red)

Half Worcester Hop: tangy, tasty and rolled in toasted hops, this is our best selling cheese and great for a range of tastes., pasteurised, cow's milk, vegetarian, 1kg, 18.5cm x 6.5cm
Half Whittington Oak: This is a really gorgeous smoked cheese. Smooth and creamy with a wonderful smoke - from real oak chips. It's a game changer. Pasteurised, cow's milk, vegetarian, 1kg 18.5 x 6.5cm (If you would rather not have a smoked, there's a lovely milder cheddar called Whittington Red that we can swap in at the same price)
Wensleydale and cranberry, always a crowd pleaser for those sweet cheese lovers! This layer is 17cm wide x 4cm and its made with vegetarian rennet and pasteurised milk, 1kg You also have the option to double up the height of this layer if you need a bit more cheese to go round.
Delice de Cremier: Covered in a lovely white rind like a brie, this is a really rich and cream soft cheese. Delectable and gorgeous. cow's milk, traditional rennett.1kg 13 x 9cm. (please note, you may require dowelling through the Delice if it is likely to be out and warm for any length of time. A ring of 5 or 6 chopsticks or kebab sticks, cut to the size of the delice to put the oxford blue on top of will work fine).
Oxford Blue: A gorgeous tasty blue, only 300g so if blues not that important to you in the stack, you'll get a nice little amount for those who do! Vegetarian and pasteurised. 10cm x 5cm
Red Storm: A super tasty Welsh red cheese. Made as a mature red Leicester, I think thise cheese has a taste of a lovely mature gouda about it, but creamy like a blended cheddar. 9cm x 5cm Suitable for vegetarians, made with pasteurised milk.. 200g
Dorstone cheese is a wonderfully smooth ashed goats cheese from the Neals Yard Creamery. Cut open the slightly funky looking exterior and you'll be presented with gorgeous, soft, pure white moosey goats cheese yummyness. It's a great topper to a wedding stack and looks amazing on any cheese board. Pasteurised and traditional rennet, 200g. 5cm x 7cm high.
For a gathering we recommend 50 - 100g per person, depending if the cheese is to be eaten straight after the meal or later in the evening and with other food or by itself.
