Chevre Log cheese is a classic French goat's cheese. Ideal for slicing and used as a cooking goat's cheese or for a salad goats cheese where it can be added warm (grilled) or cold. With a crumbly interior which will turn into lovely creaminess when you eat it, it's gorgeous with a bit of red onion chutney under the grill. A nice gentle goaty flavour is imparted in this cheese - our kids absolutely love it!

Order received this afternoon, perfectly packed. Just finished, more quality of the cheese than my culinary skills, a delicious warm French Goats Cheese salad. Tomorrow evening might be a bit too soon for second helpings, will freeze the remaining cheese for another day.
