Feta Cheese, Greek salad cheese

Feta Cheese is tangy and crumbly with depth of flavour this is made with goat and sheep's milk. Delicious in salads or added to cooking to give a little extra zest.  The ageing of the feta in barrels gives it a little extra piquant bite.
