Tilly cheese wedding cake, 5.15kg to 7.15 cheese tower

The tilly cheese wedding cake is a really tasty feast for your party guests.  A really beautifully balanced selection of cheese for 50 - 100 people at 5.15kg, standing 36.5cm tall, it's a lovely looking stack. You can also double the base cheddar for another 2kg of cheese.

From the bottom to the top:

• Worcester Hop:  tangy, tasty and rolled in toasted hops, this is our best selling cheese and great for a range of tastes., pasteurised, cow's milk, vegetarian, this is a half height Worcester Hop in the picture for the 5.15kg cake, but if you need a bit more for your guests you can order a whole one, adding 2kg to the total cheese and another 7cm to the height (see on the bottom of the Georgina).  2kg  21cm x 7cm. 2kg
• Yorkshire Blue: A lovely mid strength blue. Gorgeously creamy, with a lovely balance of flavour, I think this cheese suits a variety of tastes. This blue is made in Thirsk using Yorkshire cows milk which is pasteurised and uses vegetarian rennet. It is a handmade in a continental style which gives it a buttery-sweet flavour without a sharp bite. Softer blue cheeses are often made in foil to keep in the moisture and to stop a hard rind forming and the cheese drying out so it can be presented in a silver foil if that suits your colour scheme more. 18cm x 5.5cm 1.5kg
• Delice de Cremier :  A 1kg Delice is a beautiful cheese.  Rich and creamy, it's full of luxury.  Made with added cream it's a gorgeous soft cheese. Pasteurised Cow's milk, 13cm x 9cm.
• Camembert: The classic French cheese, giving another soft cheese option to this selection 11cm x 4cm, cow's milk, pasteurised, normal rennet. (If you need this to be vegetarian please let us know in the gift message in the checkout and we can slot in another soft cheese here - it will look much the same).
• Wensleydale and Cranberry:  Hawes wensleydale and cranberry.  Well loved with fruity cranberries, 200g Pasteurised, vegetarian, 9cm x 4cm
• Dorstone*: A wonderfully smooth ashed goats cheese from the Neals Yard Creamery. Cut open the slightly funky looking exterior and you'll be presented with gorgeous, soft, pure white moosey goats cheese yumminess. It's a great topper to a wedding stack and looks amazing on any cheese board. 5cm x 7cm high. 
• *You now have the option of selecting a different topper for your cake! You can have either the Godminster heart or star, a brie heart or the Dorstone as listed. (extra topper pictures just for illustration, the rest of the cheeses will be as listed and shown in the main picture).

For a gathering we recommend 50 - 100g per person, depending if the cheese is to be eaten straight after the meal or later in the evening and with other food or by itself.  (So the lower amount it shows as feeding is based on 50g and the higher is 100g) We can very happily advise over email so drop us a line on info@mousetrapcheese.co.uk for ideas for a bespoke cheese board for your wedding or event.
