I love Dorset Blue Vinney, and I'm sure any bought from yourselves would be wonderful. But here's the thing: I have absolutely no memory of buying any from you. I'm sure I did, because great cheese is one of my passions. I apologise for this, but my mind is a blank. Sorry.

I bought this Pecorino Sardo cheese partly as a homage to my Sardinian dad, and also because I wanted to make cheese wheel pasta. It was not difficult to remove the top of the cheese. The cheese is very tasty, I'm already a fan, having sampled it many times in the past. It's a lovely grating cheese, which I've used for pasta dishes as well as risotto. I would definitely buy it again !

Used to visit Mousetrap in Leominster every time I came up to visit my mum from Brighton. Now we get an Xmas Hamper from our daughter and there simply has to be an additional piece of Hop in the hamper. The hamper is wonderful, the Hop is simply the best cheese in the world as far as we are concerned. Long live Worcester Hop!

We had this for a house party of about 30 people plus a couple of additional small soft cheeses. It looks gorgeous and was a good centrepiece on the table.
The top heart did flop a bit through the evening as it got a bit warm so get a photo first!
