Ria Cheese Wedding Cake, 2.9kg cheese stack

This is a beautifully simple little cheese celebration cake for a small gathering no blue cheese here so just the basics.  Feeding 30 to 60, but you'd be fine if this was just for a large dinner and didn't mind a few leftovers to munch!

Inglewhite Black Wax Cheddar:  A lovely tasty creamy cheddar from a farm up near Preston.  Great for a gathering and a nice size for a small stack. 14.5cm x 7cm 1.25kg

Please let us know in the message in the checkout if you'd like us to take the wax off, or it will come with it on, like the photo.

Cornish Yarg: A lovely gentle hard cheese. Mild yet full of flavour, it's a great looker, covered by nettles.  It gives this stack great height. Cow's milk, pasteurised, vegetarian. 13cm x 9cm. 1kg.

Finn: A mature, double cream cheese made up the road at Neal's Yard Creamery, Dorstone. It has a firm texture with a fresh creamy acidity. Weighing about 200g, they are 9cm wide by 4cm.  Pasteurised, cow's
milk, vegetarian 9cm x 4cm. 200g.

Happily Neufchatels are back so you can go ahead and choose the brie heart topper, or if you'd like something else, here are you options:

Godminster Heart or star: Delicious organic Cheddar in burgundy Wax - Veggie

Caru Ti: Equally delicious organic cheddar in  cream wax - Veggie

Dorstone: Ashed goats cheese, tasty and smooth

Petite Langre:  Funky little orange rind washed French Cheese, pour champagne in the dip!

Neufchatel: lovely Brie Heart from France, made with pasteurised milk 

For a gathering we recommend 50 - 100g per person, depending if the cheese is to be eaten straight after the meal or later in the evening and with other food or by itself.  (So the lower amount it shows as feeding is based on 50g and the higher is 100g) We can very happily advise over email so drop us a line on info@mousetrapcheese.co.uk for ideas for a bespoke cheese board for your wedding or event.
