Halloumi cheese is salty , tangy with a bouncy texture. Sometimes called squeaky cheese, Hallouimi is great for barbecues or halloumi fries as it softens but keeps it's body when heated.  Has added mint. Made with cow's, ewe's and goat's milk this really is a unique cheese from Cyprus.
