Hereford Sage cheese is made by the Monkland Cheese Dairy. The Artisan Cheese, Hereford Sage is a delicious medium hard cheese with fresh sage running through. The sage is added to the raw curds used to make their Little Hereford cheese and then pressed and matured for 6-10 weeks.
