Ronnie Party Cheese Cake 1.45kg to 4.4kg

The Ronnie party cake is a lovely selection of five British cheeses, weighing 1.45kg in total, so great for lunch for 14 - 20 people, or if it's just the family, it won't be massive amounts left over.

From the bottom up you have:

Inglewhite Mature Cheddar  We cut a tall cheese down to give you this lovely 500g slice, about 14.5 cm x 3cm high.  Made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet, its a lovely tasty proper cheddar, perfect if everyone's likely to be having a good drink with the cheese! pasteurised, vegetarian

Baby Baron Bigod Baron has to be one of the very best British bries out there.  Very like a good Brie de Meaux, it's lovely and tasty and soft.  It will arrive in a little wooden brie box, so you can either stack it in that or you may want to pop a bit of dowelling through. pasteurised, animal rennet  250g, pasteurised

Oxford Blue:  Tasty and satisfying Blue cheese, full of flavour and really creamy. 300g, pasteurised, vegetarian

Golden Cenarth:  A really nice little cider washed soft cheese.  Lovely flavour without being too smelly sock like some washed cheeses can be. Pasteurised, vegetarian

*Dorstone: A wonderfully smooth ashed goats cheese from the Neals Yard Creamery. Cut open the slightly funky looking exterior and you'll be presented with gorgeous, soft, pure white moosey goats cheese yumminess. It's a great topper to a wedding stack and looks amazing on any cheese board. 5cm x 7cm high. 200g

• *You now have the option of selecting a different topper for your cake! You can have either the Godminster heart or star, a French brie heart (neufchatel) or the Dorstone as listed. (extra topper pictures just for illustration, the rest of the cheeses will be as listed and shown in the main picture).

Ronnie with extra base - 2.45kg

If you wanted to top it up a bit, we can add a mixed base of 500g Whittington Oak (lovely smoked cheddar) and 500g of Whittington Red (medium strength red) to give you another kg of cheese, so 2.45kg in total. 

Ronnie Birthday cake with extra base and double cheddar 2.95kg

If you'd like just a little more, you can have the extra base as above and double the cheddar at 2.95kg.

Ronnie Birthday cake with maxed out base and cheddar 3.95kg

We can also offer a maxed out version where you get a higher 1kg of the inglewhite cheddar and the extra base of 1kg of each half cheese, making it a lovely sized 3.95kg for a bit of a bigger do!  This would feed about 50 for an evening do at 75g per person..

For a gathering we recommend 50 - 100g per person, depending if the cheese is to be eaten straight after the meal or later in the evening and with other food or by itself.  (So the lower amount it shows as feeding is based on 50g and the higher is 100g) We can very happily advise over email so drop us a line on info@mousetrapcheese.co.uk for ideas for a bespoke cheese board for your wedding or event.
