Y-Fenni cheese is a tasty Cheddar style cheese with beer and mustard seeds added. Now made in Worcester, but with Welsh cheese as the base, Y-Fenni cheese is lovely as cheese on toast (or by itself, in a sandwich etc!).A popular addition for a cheese wedding cake, as the exterior is covered with a cream coloured wax. Made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian.
A whole cheese weighs just over 1.5kg and is 18.5cm wide by 6 cm high.
