Wow, always wanted a cheese tower, had one for my 50th. Added a yarg and had half hop half red for the base. Decorated with autumn berries and grapes for a superb cheeseboard extravaganza. Loved it, would deffo order again

We absolutely loved every layer of our Poppy wedding cake from The Mousetrap in Hereford. The Finn and the Snowdonia Black Bomber were particularly delicious, and the family loved these so much that we'll definitely be returning for more for Christmas. Thank you Mousetrap!

One of the best cheeses I’ve ever had

Fantastic smooth tasting cheddar

Ordered 4 portions for convenience, all were individually wrapped with advice to remove the inner wrap. Arrived fresh and chilled in perfect packaging. The cheese itself is initially creamy but the strength slowly comes through then the slightly bitter hop flavour hits! Superb cheese for eating on its own, in a ploughman's or on a cheeseboard. Ive been eating and buying it for 15 years! Sad that the name is changing but tte flavour remains.

We got so many compliments on our wedding cake. Parcel came well packaged and on time. Easy company to deal with there was a small issue with the original selection not being available which was quickly sorted and a number of alternatives offered. We will definitely use Mousetrap again for any occasion cakes
