Mousetrap Cheese Hereford
Our Hereford Mousetrap Cheese has been around a bit longer than the Ludlow shop, nearing 40 years in fact! Matt and Claire took the helm in 2012 and took the business online. Hereford is where we send all of our parcels from so we're often seen scurrying up and down the 4 stories of our amazing old building in the very historic Church Street in Hereford.
Hereford Mousetrap also supplies some amazing local businesses, from Lingwood Cafe, the Garden Cafe and the Litchified Vaults here in Church Street, to bigger names like CONS at the pavillion, En Steak, Castle House, the Green Dragon, Beefy Boys and the Burger shop amongst very many others over the years.
Manned by Laura, Claire, Lyndsay, Matt and Ben, we're always here with a cheeky sample whenever you want to pop in (but if you want to do sampling for Christmas - please come in and do it in November and put in an order before we get really busy!!)
Don't forget that the prices for the cheese in the shop is 20% less than online as we don't have to cover postage and packaging costs. If you order through the website, the 20% is automatically deducted in the checkout so your cheese is at the shop price.

Opening hours for Hereford: Mon 9 - 5 Tuesday 9 - 5 Wednesday 9 - 5 Thursday 9 - 5 Friday 9 - 5 Saturday 9 - 5 Closed on all bank holidays. We close at 1pm on Christmas Eve and will reopen on Tuesday 29th - 31st Dec at 1pm. Open again Jan 2nd 2027. |
