Blue Monk Cheese

Blue Monk cheese is a lovely medium strength creamy blue from here in Herefordshire, made with raw milk.  Dean Storey took over the cheese making at Monkland Dairy in 2024 and he's going great guns at it.  Blue Monk won a coveted  Gold Award at the  2025 Artisan Cheese awards and I can tell you, as a judge of the awards, the competition was fierce, with over 650 cheeses to be pitted against.  Now made with vegetarian rennet, even more people can enjoy this lovely cheese.  Blue Monks come at about 230g.
