A traditional young Caerphilly is a wonderful thing. Crumbly, fresh with a gentle tang, this Caerphilly made at the Inglewhite farm is a lovely gentle cheese. Made from the pasteurised milk of their herd of Pedigree Holstein Freisians and animal rennet.
