This small wedding cheese cake is great for any intimate gathering - how about using it as a Birthday cheese tower or Christmas cheese cake! 4.25kg, feeds 40 - 60, standing 18cm high.
Full of really yummy, popular cheeses, it's a great selection and looks cool too! Having 2 cheeses on the bottom gives you that bit more selection to go round and means you won't be overloaded with one type. If you wanted a bit more to go round, you could always have a full height Cashel Blue, adding 800g and 4.5cm in height to the stack or double up on the bottom two cheeses giving you a base of 2kg Hop, then 2kg Oak. If you would like to test the cheeses before committing to your big day please order one of the sample packs, of either 100g or 200g pieces of each cheese.
From the Bottom
Half Worcester Hop: tangy, tasty and rolled in toasted hops, this is our best selling cheese and great for a range of tastes., pasteurised, cow's milk, vegetarian, 1kg, 20cm x 5cm
Half Whittington Oak: This is a really gorgeous smoked cheese. Smooth and creamy with a wonderful smoke - from real oak chips. It's a game changer. Pasteurised, cow's milk, vegetarian, 1kg
Waterloo: A lovely buttery brie. Unpasteurised, cow's milk, vegetarian800g, 17cm x 3cm
Cashel Blue: Cut as a half height circle for this stack, Cashel is a gorgeous soft blue with lots of lovely flavour. pasteurised, cow's milk, vegetarian 800g 14cm x 4.5cm
Snowdonia Black Bomber: 400g The super tasty snowdonia is a great cheddar addition to this stack. 12cm x 5cm
Blue Monk: Just to up the blue quota a little, it's topped with a lovely Blue Monk, a bit milder than the Cashel, a lovely soft blue.
For the Vegetarian option we would put a Red Storm on the top. Lovely aged red Leicester in Burgundy wax. - please just leave us a note in the messages in the checkout for this option.
I've said feeds 40 - 60 in the description, but as it's only small you wouldn't have horrendous amounts of cheese left if you have it for 20 or so, only enough to keep you going for a bit! The 40 people is based on 100g per person so very dependant on what other food you have going.
For a gathering we recommend 50 - 100g per person, depending if the cheese is to be eaten straight after the meal or later in the evening and with other food or by itself. (So the lower amount it shows as feeding is based on 50g and the higher is 100g) We can very happily advise over email so drop us a line on info@mousetrapcheese.co.uk for ideas for a bespoke cheese board for your wedding or event. We love a bit of notice so we can keep organised and ripen your cheese to perfection, so please do order in advance if you can, you choose delivery date in the checkout. If you order last minute and we are short of any cheeses we will contact you before we send so please ensure you leave a phone number that will be answered.

Brilliantly packaged, cheese was Delicious and all guests commented on it. Would highly recommend
Thank you for this delicious selection of cheese. It arrived on time, well packaged, and still cool inside despite arriving in a heatwave. A lot of guests asked for details of where it was from and the names of the individual cheeses. Unfortunately there was very little left over!
I ordered the party cheese cake for my 60th! I had sampled the cheeses previously and knew they’d be a lovely variety of cheeses to meet all tastes. So many people commented on how good the cheeses were.
Can’t fault the service and delivery of cheese too, it comes well wrapped with cool bags and someone even called me prior to my delivery to check when I’d be eating the cheese, so that I had a nice long date on them !
Thank you for the wonderful selection!
We set up in advance at Brill Brewery’s tap room, all eyes were on the cheese as more and more stacked up; the biggest compliment was given by the Birthday boy; instead of cutting and sharing the celebration cheese cake ahead of our brewery tour, my father in law got me to pack it all up for him to take home.
It did smell wonderful!
