Perl Las Cheese, Wonderful Welsh Organic Blue cheese

Perl Las is a wonderful, Welsh, Organic blue cheese. We really rate this vegetarian blue cheese, strong but delicate, creamy but with lovely lingering blue overtones.  It's fantastic on a swedish crispbread. Perl Las cheese, meaning blue pearl is made by the Caws Cenarth dairy in Carmarthenshire.
