Somerset Brie is a lovely mild brie with a lovely soft and creamy texture. This mild British Brie is Made at Cricket St Thomas by Lubborn Cheese.  Somerset brie is a pasteurised vegetarian cheese with a soft white rind, which is very delicately mushroomy.  A cheese for those who like it mild, we make sure it's sold lovely and ripe - not like a little rubber triangle you may get elsewhere!!
